I am not even sure where to start. The past two months have been quite the whirlwind of activity for me. I have been busy with the new boy as well as my various other social activities. This week alone, I had plans Monday-Saturday night. Monday I saw a sneak preview of Mr. Brooks and got drinks prior with the boy. Tuesday I went out with the boy and for my first motorcycle ride ever! (I wore a helmet, but I need to get some more protective clothing.) Wednesday I saw a sneak preview of Knocked Up. I LOVED it. I love Judd Aptow, so I knew this was going to be a good one. Everyone needs to see it when it comes out. Thursday I had my last kickball game of the season. We lost 2-3 in the tourney :( I won't be able to play on a summer league because of class, but I will be able to sub in a few of the late night games. Friday I went out with the boy. Last night I went to Louisville to see Damien Rice. Such and amazing show. I think I might have a new crush. The Palace Theater was amazing as well. I ran into a former classmate from grad school who graduated last year. He had gone to Louisville just for Damien Rice as well. We caught up and exchanged contact info. At the show I got to see the Ice's. I honestly don't remember the last time I saw them and it was so nice to "randomly" run into them outside a DMB show.

Oh did I mention I got a new laptop? I got a macbook. I am still trying to figure everything out. And when I say everything, I mean everything!

This week I made my appointment for my oral surgery. I will be getting my dental implant in August. My mom is flying in for it to take care of me for the weekend and to do a little shopping.

Last night on the way home from the show my roomate and I were talking about our summer plans. I have plans for almost every weekend from now until September and then in October I am going to South Africa for 10 days. Whoah. Oh and I need to plan the family vacation. A Christmas Cruise to celebrate my parent's 30th wedding anniversary! Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Oh and John Mayer will be having a cruise in February, The Mayercraft Carrier. (Please no laughing.) Despite the lame name, I think it has the potential to be a lot of fun (with large amounts of acohol thrown in).

I have Monday off and I only have to go in for about 10 minutes on Tuesday. No plans for the rest of the week!

Happy belated 16th birthday to my brother Jacob! I can't believe how old he is getting!

I know I have been awful about keeping you all updated as to what I have been up to. I do have a god reason though. I really didn't want to blog about it in the beginning, just because it was new and I wanted to see where things went. Plus, I wanted to tell my mom about it when I saw her and not in my blog (which she does read). I have started dating a really great guy! We have been dating for a little over a month now. His birthday was on Friday so we went to this awesome little French restaraunt that we both had been wanting to try. We started with drinks at a bar near his place where I met some more of his friends. After dinner we had ice cream cake (homemade by me!) back at his place. All in all, it was a very fun night.

On Saturday I have a bunch of friends come to Nashville and we went out downtown where we proceeded to drink from about 5 PM until 1:30 AM. Pictures on flickr to follow.

Tonight I am going to see Ben Gibbard! Yeah!!

It has been a while since I last posted. I went to Seattle two weeks ago with my mom and had a blast. We had so much fun together. The weather was great, it rained a little of course. It was a too quick trip filled with good times visiting friends and family.

The wedding on Saturday was a blast. A nice big Italian Catholic family. A 45 minute ceremony followed by a super fun reception at the hotel we stayed at. We didn't even have to drive anywhere after it was over! Good thing because I drank a few glasses of wine ;) Thank goodness I am no longer sick at the smell of wine after my little New Year's episode in Paris. Anyway, I was on the dance floor ( I know. gasp! I rarely dance.) and a Big and Rich song came on. Big and Rich are my boys. You know the song Save a Horse Ride a cowboy? I know the story behind it ;) Anyway it comes on and mutilple people are like "what's this song?" I am thinking these people are crazy and I am so excited to hear this song that I am jumping up and down. So much so that my retainer (with my fake tooth in it) comes flying out of my mouth onto the dance floor. My mom was sitting at a table and saw the whole thing. I look over at her and mouth to her that my retainer fell out of my mouth. I frantically start looking on the dance floor for it. I am so sure someone would step on it and that would be AWFUL. Thank god I found it in one piece. I am so embarassed about this that I just pop it back into my mouth before anyone could see. Had I not been drinking wine I am sure this whole thing would have never happened and I would never ever have considered putting it back into my mouth without washing it off. I go and talk to my mom and she is basically dying from laughter.

What else? I saw the killers on Monday and it was an AMAZING show. I wasn't sure how they would be live and they did not dissapoint. Once again, the Ryman is one of my favorite venues.

Here is a picture of me and my Washington girls:

I haven't updated for a while. I have been busy like always.

I didn't fail, I got a C! I never though I would be so happy to get a C in my life. I only cracked the book once. I read the material once, like 4 years ago. I got an A in my other class and one of the highest grades on the final excercise I wrote the day it was due. I rock! n No class until the first week of June!

I spent the weekend in North Georgia at a mountain house belonging to my best friend's parents. It was so nice to get away. The drive along the Ocoee was beautiful and I can't wait to go rafting this summer. I just hope everything works out with all the plans I have for the summer.

On Tuesday I fly out to Seattle for a family wedding. I am excited to see all of my family and friends I haven't seen in a few months.

I am sorry I don't have more to post. I just got really sleepy all of the sudden. Night!
